Would be interesting, I think, to see Paul Allen decide to build a world class training facility somewhere on the East Coast. Sure, it wouldn't be used all the time, but I would imagine it would be invaluable when dealing with travelling and preparing for games on the other side of the earth.

I know its not going to happen. But if I were a billionaire, I could see less frivolous things to spend money on.
