Old but always fun to see how quickly the legend of Russell Wilson took hold. It's amazing how perfectly Wilson's positive, always improve mentality meshes with Carroll.

This sounds like Flyn and TJack had an uphill battle. Coach's dream... Russell's work ethic has helped him learn from every experience and grow from every mistake. He has worked with a lot of great minds. The bears new head coach worked with him at NC State and the two still speak often. Word is Trestman is attempting to instill RW type work ethic into Jay Cutler. Worries me a bit but no doubt Russ will work harder to maintain his edge.

Cutler has been coddled his entire life. He's not about to change.

Back on topic... Russel's coach at Wisconsin was so right... paraphrasing... You give Russel a chance to be a starter and he will succeed.
