Any team that earns a playoff berth by the rules deserves to be in the playoffs. And their chances of winning the Super Bowl are quite large compared to the other 20 teams who have a 0% probability.

I'll take a playoff berth any year under any circumstances.

Yep, that 9-7 Giants team didn't even deserve to sniff the playoffs with their trash play, yet they won the Super Bowl anyway.

Same could be said for that 10-6 Ravens team in 2012. They looked awfully bad losing 4 of their final 5 games before the playoffs, yet ultimately won the Super Bowl anyway.
