I know it is sad to bump threads and reply to your own posts, but I wanted to get this off my chest.

I woke up after early to bed 20 minutes after kick off. One problem Windows 10 decided my laptop needed updates loading. So that was the 1st half wiped out.

Watched the 2nd half and the game was over by 6.00 am ish, the time I usually get up.

I thought you had control of when your updates are loaded. I think it is in settings or controls. If not, ya, you are screwed. I think I have my computers set up to allow me to control whether I want the updates done or not.

Any time you can learn from something and pass that data along to someone else so they learn, it is a great thing. Good luck in the future with gamepass.

What's even worse is being a Mariners fan when they are actually good and living on the East Coast. Day after day of 1:30 AM finishes, eating away at your will to continue your meager sleep deprived existence, spurred on by the temporary adrenaline injection of another hard fought victory.

Fortunately, M's fans on the East Coast are some of the most well rested fans on the planet the last 15 yrs...

On the relatively remote possibility anyone cares. I went to bed early and set the alarm for 0245 and finally got out of bed at 0315. Watched the game and popped back to bed for an hour or so.

For the cowboys game I got absolutely wrecked by foolishly drinking about 8 pints of lager whilst on strong pain medication. Nevertheless i tried to stay up and had the falcons game on until I dropped into a coma on the sofa. I had about 3 hours sleep and then watched the game on replay whilst hungover and shattered.

I may have been late for work and people may have had the wrong operations.

I posted late, but for the future I went with "stay up all night and be a man"

Hell, you practice medicine in a Socialist country. It's not expected to be any good anyways.

Up at 3.00 am to watch the game.

I can see why only the league think that Pre-Season games are important.

I work for what some of you would call a Federal Agency. " Sorry I fell asleep Mrs May, I had an early appointment with the Seahawks".
