I kind of got the idea this was going to happen when they cut Snyder.

I guess they DO negotiate with terrorists? jk, it is smart to get Boone back at a decent pay rate.

Essentially, it looks like the made his incentives into salary and added more incentives.

If he is all-pro the next two years, he'll make 8 mil (4 per). Not a bad deal for 49ers. Also can't be franchised when his 2 years are up.

He actually has a history with alcohol. That why he went undrafted.

Honestly, after hearing him speak...he's about the last guy I'd expect to see get a DUI. Hopefully Aldon can learn something from him.
