I said it on another thread: Russ's answer devout of any logic, he is not playing tennis, winning football games is a TEAM thing where every player do whatever to help the team win. Something as small as wearing a wrist band to minimize delay of game is one of those "doing whatever to help the team win", which Wilson clearly refused to. He prioritize his image and one upmanship to show off against other wristband wearing QB triumphed the basic team work of helping the team to win.

It’s ridiculous. You can tell the writer of the article thinks he’s an idiot. He mentions Brady wears one as in if he wears one, everyone should.
