I will be bbq'ing some Kalbi beef short ribs from my favorite butcher (B&E meats) and with be sipping on some of the 12th man ale.

If you can't find one local, and I'm sure it will be tough, you can get them online and shipped from many bakeries in the gulf coast area.

I am going to mix up a batch of Hawkikaze shots for my playoff party at The SeaDen. These are the shots they sell at Carlow East in NYC for $3 [2 for $5] after every Hawks TD.

Recipe is equal parts vodka, blue curacao & Rose's Lime Juice - chilled.

Unfortunately [fortunately?] I had 6 of them when we crushed the 49ers on Sunday Night in 2012 and felt pretty lousy the next day [there is a lot of sugar in them].

But if we score 6 TDs again this week I will take the hangover happily!!!
