How can the Pac-12 Network continue to make such terrible demands (especially of DirecTV) when they aren't even broadcasting many of their own conference games.

The Big Ten team is the home team, so the Big Ten owns the broadcast rights.

He's referring to Scheelhasse's elusiveness in the pocket. The Huskies are getting tons of pressure but the guy keeps managing to just get away and throw the ball downfield. Usually to a covered receiver that results in an incomplete pass but at least he's not taking sacks.
