With his benching this signifies the end of his super bowl winning time in Denver. I do think with how bad the qb position is in the NFL right now he gets a starting job next year. I also don't think you an rule out the xfl as a possibility but I think he stays in the nfl at least one more year.

I'm somewhat leaning Raiders..its warm since we all know he cant play in cold..they have no future at all at qb...and Ciara can get a lounge singer gig at some old casino on Freemont Street to keep relevant. It's also a Mark Davis thing to do to continue to ruin his dad's franchise...

I don't see any NFL team wanting Russ. He literally cannot read defenses or run an offense. A college QB, either drafted or UDFA is a better option. Quite literally.
