Just saw this on the Seahawks twitter that Tyler Lockett and Frank Clark were signed today

I believe that means that all of the Seahawks draftees have been signed

I love that signing draft picks is so easy now.

No doubt, much better w/the slot system. Really no reason for a rookie to hold out anymore.

It's just that in the new CBA, rookie salaries and contracts are much more structured and controlled by aligning all picks in brackets with limits on salary and contracts. No real reason for holdouts any more.
