Of course, don't expect "those observers" to admit that Pete Carroll and his staff got this team to exceed expectations.

NFL seems like the NBA now in which almost every team seems to make it now. Yes, Seattle made the playoffs and exceeded expectations. That truly is awesome. Winning at least one post season game would be an incredible feat.

If you're a fan of Seahawks football, making the playoffs means getting to watch and cheer on your team at least one more week.

That's worth getting in, even if they lose the first round. It's worth getting excited about!

You worry about a 18th pick instead of one maybe 2 or 3 spots earlier? You honestly would prefer a losing team to get a pick 4 spots earlier?

I will take a winning record, the play off's any day over a draft pick a few spots earlier.

Using your logic you should not want them to win the super bowl because then they will only have the 32nd pick.
