Elway is THE Denver QB, and he will bring in an endless stream of QBs and undermine them -- unless it's someone worthy like Peyton to win a SB or, lose one 48-3.

How can someone who played the position be so bad at picking QBs? They will never be good enough. He even ruined RW with a contract so big he could never feel like he earned it. Cut the loss, move on, Elway forever.
