Pete isn't going to fire himself.
Russ will never stop playing hero ball.
Pete's offense doesn't need a high priced, franchise QB. Trade Russ and invest in an actual OLine.
Run the same basic, stale, pop warner offense through a game manager qb.
There was no difference out there today between Russ and Geno. Geno wouldn't have thrown those 2 picks because he wouldn't have thrown those two passes, period. He may have thrown some INTs elsewhere though. But then again, the play calling never adjusted to Geno's strengths/weaknesses when he was out there either. Back to Pete and the coaching....but Pete isn't going to fire himself........
