Like many I never stopped cuz thats about all I own
After almost forty years of watching the hawks I've been called many names and been flipped off or honked at cuz im flying flags on my van after a big loss during the mora years or early in the holmgren era
I wear more gear after a bad loss to show support and i look at it like this
If my kid is on the t-ball team and loses every game it's not as though im going to root for a different team bcuz they suck, Im going to cheer him on even harder and spend more time practicing and playing
Even when we were blacked out or had no star players i've been attatched at the hip to this team and alwys will be

I never stop wearing my Seahawks gear either. When i went to bed after midnight of the Superbowl I woke up at 3:15 and couldn't go back to sleep. I went to the gym early at 5 am that morning and I still had my Seahawks t-shirt on from the night before and i still wore my cap and my superman seahawks hoodie that i always wear when the weather is cold, just like any other normal day. still wearing my cap every day although it has been warm down here so no hoodie so much lately.

I am a Seahawks fan year round, we have the season, the draft, the OTA's lots to represent for.

It has to be a great feeling for the team and all for them to see us still representing them thru thick and thin. Makes them want to do better and feel proud to be a part of the PNW (or South Alaska) Team. So go get them on and support our team.

Never stopped. Why would you? Won the NFC Championship, and lost the SB by 1 play. By my calculations, that's better than 30 other teams did. Then again, I don't care if the Hawks are 0-16. I will still wear Seahawks gear almost every day.

Please forgive me 12's for I have sinned. The moment the SB ended I told my wife " it's going to a long while before I'll be sporting any Hawk gear" She looked at me like I was a stranger...Who the hell are you!!!!
The next day my new Earl Thomas SB XLIX jersey arrived, it sat for two days on the kitchen counter, finally I couldn't resist I had to put it on, and from that moment on I've been healed. Sporting Hawk gear every day like normal now. You need to know I watched the Kingdome being built as I drove the viaduct to school everyday. I've seen all the up's and downs. I am not a bandwagon/ fairweather fan. Now when people see me wearing Hawk gear and make a negative comment I tell them "No team can win them all" and any team would be honored just to be able to play in the SB, win or lose. This seems to have a impact on their thinking as I can see it on their face.

Bought a few Seahawks jackets that showed up day after the game. Wore them off and on past week. Was looking forward to spending crazy money, so on the bright side I saved about a grand this year. Would give it up in a minute if only.
