Hawks looking at Brandin Cooks to replace Tate

I love Brandin Cooks, but would bring nothing unique compared to what we already have (Harvin). I see value pick later in the draft. The only WR I want in the first is Evans, so likely rooting for OL, DL and/or the infamous "what?!?" pick.
