The problem with this article, as others have already pointed out, is that it contains literally zero analysis of Russell Wilson's performance. The only knock Chadiha can drum up for Wilson is that there was a poorly sourced article claiming locker-room turmoil that was relevant for all of a week in October. What does that have to do with the plight of the mobile QB? His paragraph on Wilson sticks out like a sore thumb.

There is utterly no discussion here of how Seattle has used Wilson's mobility to craft one of the most dangerous rushing attacks in modern NFL history (look up the DVOA numbers) and how that has kept the team afloat in spite of a lack of ancillary weapons. All this while keeping the QB relatively clean from huge hits and remaining relatively efficient in the passing game. There are ways to discuss some of Wilson's limitations in interesting ways. Chadiha doesn't do that here.
Hit the nail on the head.

To be fair to Chadiha, he does acknowledge that Wilson is still trending in the right direction while Kaepernick, RG3, and Griffin are not.

Other than that, there's the usual tiresome attribution of Seattle's success to its rushing offense, the usual slobbering over the precise pocket-passer profile that the press lusts over, such as Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady (who have combined for precisely one Super Bowl win over the past nine seasons), and some odd lumping Wilson in with the other three slumping QBs purely because there was a locker-room controversy. So he rides the line between truth and fiction, and obviously hasn't been watching Wilson closely enough to notice his (admittedly sporadic) improvements as a passer.

The jist of it was this, and it won't be that foreign to anyone from this forum:

All quarterbacks should aspire to be laser-precise pocket passers with pristine offensive lines. This is the only way to succeed in the NFL.

Par for the course with NFL media. Sadly predictable.
