Who would we have taken with #31?

We are set at RB......WR and OL is all thats left and we have 10 picks left.
Fair point, but OL isn't as simple as tossing in bodies. So who do we have Patrick Lewis and Lemierre? Both not dreadful, I suppose.

Love Max but he has had issues for many of his years here. I with those that wonder if the Seahawks can take advantage of Graham's skills though. Hopefully this splash doesn't bring another Harvin-type issue to the locker room.

Though reading the Millen article today, seems the locker room already has some conspiracy theorists and is splitting into a Pro-Wilson/Pro-Lynch divide which is stupid but guess that is how it goes.

I like this trade. The OL is crap anyway, so losing one of its stars may hurt but isn't like we traded Walter Jones or Steve Hutchinson or something.

Man..............I don't know about this, oline just took another huge hit with Max gone and we have never been able to successfully implement a TE into our offense.................I don't really understand this. I am sure we could of gotten Jordan Cameron for far less and still have Max and our first rd pick.

LJP is totally experienced and has manned that spot well.

CAP GUYS: can we afford this?

Yes ..... $8 mil for Graham less $3.4 mil savings on Unger results in a net cap hit of less than $5 mil.

We're going to need to re-sign Lem, then... he's a FA.

I absolutely love it. Center is the most replaceable piece of the Oline and we did fine last year when he was out. We had zero red zone threats and no serious go to receiver. Graham checks off every question and finally gives Wilson an elite option in the passing game which they had to do at some point. You weren't going to get anyone like Graham at 31.

Great move by JS!

Your definition of doing fine differs greatly from mine.

We averaged about 50 yards per game more rushing with Unger than any other center.

We allowed less sacks per game with Unger than the other centers.

I said it earlier and I'll repeat it. Our current crop of guys are serviceable, but that is all. We need to address this situation quickly, be it through free agency or the draft. I don't doubt that Schneider has a plan, but we'll just have to wait and see what that is.

Amazing get, but this also confirms that K Wilson is now an after thought bust

He's ok as a backup would not call a fifth rounder a bust I assume you mean Willson.

I do like that we stay away from the 1st round tender. If you can draft well, it's only an anchor.

Im okay with moving Max. Could stay healthy at all.

I was actually hoping one of Max/Okung would be moved to save money then use the draft to stock up on O line.
