Reading Marsh, Jaron Brown and Jamar Taylor all being cut. Must be going young.

So if Jazz and Brown they must be keeping Ursua and Jennings

maybe Wright too?
Or just go with 5WR and keep an extra RB. We're kind of flush there, though there are injury concerns.

They have some flexibility with Procise and Hollister in a pinch as an extra wideout.

Special teams is a huge consideration. And it wouldn't surprise me if they want to keep Malik Turner.

Wow... totally didn't expect to see that Jaron Brown has been cut.

What about David Moore?

Brown will be picked up by the Cardinals... book it.

I'm not buying that they cut Brown to be able to afford Clowney, they had the cap space to keep both. They had a plan for him, and he's got a proven skillset, with him gone, the only certainty is Lockett, and God forbid, what if something happened to him? They gotta have something up their sleeves. Or they bring him back after week 1, but something tells me that's not likely.

So we now have basically 1 vet WR that can start the season opener. I'm now concerned about WR what looked like a strength now looks like a weakness. If Metcalf can't stay healthy were in for some rough sledding at WR.

This is smart cap management, initially I Poo-poo'd the Clowney rumors because I didn't think they would be willing to cut guys like Marsh, Brown, and Mingo, etc, but I am glad the Seahawks saw it this way.

These moves can offset Clowney's cap charge, and allow them to rollover a lot of cap room into next year, where they already have $60M+ in cap space for 2020.

John Schneider for executive of the year.

Didn't see Brown coming and he never was given much of a shot here. Not sold on Jennings and I think they want Ursua to be the next Baldwin. Moore has not looked good since a couple deep ball passes last year. IMO we are thin at WR especially of Metcalf is an injury bust.

I have seen nothing saying for sure Jazz was cut.
