The guy looks tailor made for the ZBS. Fumbling issues are big here though. Definitely an insurance pick up this week.

That said, if he could get over the fumbling, I'd bet he could do some damage here with some time with Sherman Smith and Cable. Young enough we could keep him around and not have to totally rely on Rawls after Lynch is gone.

Carroll is very familiar with Brown, having recruited him hard out of HS in 2009. He was rated by Rivals.com as the #1 overall recruit in the country at that time. He was also heavily recruited by Chip Kelly, but ultimately decided to go to Tennessee:

His brother, Arthur Brown, was another big time prospect recruited by Carroll the year before. He committed to Miami, where he and his brother each allegedly received money from Hurricane booster Nevin Sharpiro. However, both brothers eventually transferred to Kansas State.

If I was BJ Daniels I'd start wondering if there was another team I could join that would actually just keep me on the roster.

Daniels was waived, so any team that wants him is welcome to claim him.

He would be an upgrade at QB for the niners.

Hah, due to fantasy reasons, I have a fond love for Bryce Brown. A couple years ago when McCoy got hurt he started a few games late in the season for the Eagles....and put up MONSTER numbers. He was known to have a bad fumbling problem. He is an amazing talent, in 2009 he was the #1 recruit coming out of high school. But problems off the field have hurt his career.

Here are his back to back games he started for the Eagles back in 2012:

19 carries, 178 yards, 2 TDs, 2 fumbles
24 carries, 169 yards, 1 TD, 1 fumble

And just looking at the youtube clip posted of him, you can see why he has a fumbling problem. He holds the ball very far away from his body and swings the ball. Not sure if he has worked on it since then.

If they keep cutting Daniels we are going to risk playing Tavaris if Wilson gets dinged up. Not a happy thought.

Why is that a bad thing. I would rather have TJack then BJ behind center.

If Wilson gets dinged up no one will be happy period.

That being said, Jackson is the backup and would play. It's not really a question.

He's had fumble issues. I doubt he'll be used unless absolutely necessary.
I didn't know about his fumble issues.
But, the one thing I noticed, while watching the video, was how careless he was carrying the ball.
Held the ball away from his body, just waiting to be knocked out.

He's in trouble already, I notice he doesn't switch arms running the ball.

All I see is a guy who "keeps on churning".

Just like the rest of the Seahawks' RB squad.

And is nobody else seeing the Buffalo connection here?

I see Marshawn and Freddy making this kid a STUD.

I thought he'd be a good pick up when Lynch was injured, but then saw the amount of fumbles on his stat line.

Vikings WRs and Bills RBs.

Who else has Buffalo cut recently? Is Pete telling Travis Henry to stay by his phone, just in case?

Texans need a QB now also with Mallet cut. Thought they should have kept Yates anyway.

Travis Henry is always by his phone waiting to find out he has another kid.
