I'm not sure if anyone else has posted this and many of you in Seattle have probably seen it, but I found it really cool. I don't know how to make the link work so maybe one of the mods can help me out with that.

Carroll’s speech: “I want to say thanks to this football team, to this extraordinary group of young men, who have come together to do something very special. And, it’s just not one year! We are just getting warmed up if you know what I’m talking about! So, I just want to end this with this thought. It is extraordinary this relationship that we have with the 12s. Russell followed that up with, “When I first got here . . . I mentioned winning multiple Super Bowls. . . . . .and the thing that I said was to win multiple Super Bowls you have to win the first one first.”
