Make it a challengeable call. “Clear and obvious” could still apply (but for the sake of avoiding a madhouse, you should only be able to challenge CALLED PI).

Probably against this idea as well...but I would make it more difficult...like a blatant penalty is one STRIKE against you. You know...like the unsportsmanlike conduct strikes. I know, it gives the wwe officials more power, but that is happening anyway.
