Pete, and re-Pete. There is no perfect coach. Bellicheat is close, but I like Pete. I do hope that we can start hammering teams from the start. Love to see us put up 35+ ppg. Defense can't (by NFL design) constantly shut people out. We know that. Even with out best LOB days there were some head scratchers.

If we were talking about who I'd want to replace Pete though and I'll probably get crap for this but... Jim Harbaugh. His philosophy is very similar to Pete's and he knows how to get the most out of his players. The only concern I would have with Harbaugh would be his ability to get along with JS.

You'll need a good OC and DC to win a Super Bowl with Harbaugh.
