I think OP is implying he looks similar now, which from seeing him in camp today (live stream), would agree.

I think it is more about he used to be able to escape and being fat and slow he couldn't, he is one to rectify things, plus the wife probably said your fat

Sounds like Russ is going to be ready roll this year.

I totally understand his thinking last year that if he bulked up he'd be able to sustain the hits better with a weak line, but a fluid, mobile, agile Russ is optimum Russ.

Yes. Ciara is very image-conscience.

She likely couldn't abide having a husband who was both short and fat.
