It's literally the same position just opposite first steps and opposite directional blocking. Something a vet guard can handle.

Some players can do it and some can't, just like CB's playing Left and Right side, steps are different turns are different, some of them can't play both sides.
Yup cuz being ambidextrous yanking your willy is the same as playing left vs right guard in the nfl.

Think guards who cant play both guard positions. They dont last. You either prove you worth or dont. The ones that cant...bye. football is a game. Not engineering or any form of advanced education. Dont make it harder than it really is.
