Slow as Mccoy is, he gets open, maybe people think he's not a threat and all of a sudden he's behind you, lol. I hope he puts something together this year, how many TE are we keeping? Graham, Willson, Helfet, and Mccoy. I think that's a pretty good group.

They kept three TEs out of camp last season (adding Moeaki later in the season) and speculation is that they'll do the same this time.

There can be a lot of reasons why they 'walk a player off the field' that don't involve serious injuries. Walking off is generally a good sign. This early in camp, I think they are extra precautious as a small muscle tweak here or there could develop into a tear if they ingnore it. A little soreness/tweak in a joint could get ugly fast. He may have just been winded or something.

Did they ever say what it was exactly? Good to see him on the field, anyway.

Cut him. Not like anyone will notice he's gone.

I've figured he'd be cut at some point, healthy or not anyway. I've always thought he had solid potential, but we are too deep in the position now.

I noticed on the ESPN video from this morning that McCoy's legs are about half the size of the other TEs. He just isn't as strong in the legs as he needs to be to avoid lower extremity injuries.

Light headed-ness according to John Boyle. Might have got overheated.

yeah, sounds like early signs of overheating and sunstroke. best to get to him early and hydrate.

Ugh. Poor guy. That sucks. He has shown some flashes of promise.
