ETIII has been one of my favorite players.

Having said that, I don’t care what his reasons are.

I’ve lost all respect for him, for doing that in the manner he did it.

Kinda “heart breaking” in a weird way.

Oh well. Eventually Earl won’t be a Seahawk. I think we’ll all survive.

I’d be totally down to trade Earl and a pick to Dallas for Zach Martin. Would never happen but a guy could dream.

Wagner, is currently beefing with Earl, and Earl probably does not like Wagner either.

Earl, knows the rest of the Legion of Boom's days are numbered.

Why shouldn't he leave on his own terms?

I don't see why fans are so upset with this.

He wants an opportunity to go home.

It’s completely inappropriate.
Is it completely inappropriate when a team releases/trades a player?

Any player at any time can be gone.

There's serious issues with this Seahawks team, other than wins and losses.

Players openly fighting with one another.

Someone will want to leave.

That person is Earl.

You would probably feel the same too if you were Earl and fighting with Bobby and know your secondary teammates will probably be gone next year.

It's classless. There are better ways to handle things like this

Wonder if we could bag money and a super lineman to pair with brown.

He may have actually been saying “tell Dez to come get me”

I hope so.

When Bobby said “don’t be jealous of other people success “ to Earl, I really wonder what has Earl said to make Bobby say that.

Earl has left everything he possibly has on the field for his career with the Hawks and because of this you guys are jumping down his throat? Absurd. No wonder why he wants to get out of Seattle, fans will turn on you instantly for anything.

He's from Texas. If he wants to go back home, good for him.

This is the thing. How many times do we see veteran players wanting to play for the team(s) most local to where they grew up? This isn't treasonous, this is a repeating pattern and history has plenty of previous examples. He was part of a team that brought a trophy to Seattle. I will never call him a traitor.

Oh give me a break

There's fans being ridiculous and then there's selfishness by a player

If Russell Wilson, or BWagz, or ANY player on ANYYY other team said this to another locker room, the fan base would be pissed. Why? Because it's classless, unprofessional, and it's AFTER a big hard fought win by your defense. The same defense the media claimed all week would be trampled by Zeke. The SAME defense that the media said was over and that it was now the Rams and 49ers division

Seriously, not everything needs to be defended. What will it take for someone like you to see this for the tasteless behavior that it is?

I just watched the video. As ET was talking to Coach Garrett. He mentioned Dez's name. And it seemed he wanted to apologize to dez and did mention if you all have the chance come get me? It wasnt like he said i want out of Seattle come get me. It was more like he wanted Garrett to ask dez if possible? to come out and talk to ET. It didnt sound as if ET was disgruntled at all.

If I were the coach of the Seahawks, I would leave Earl inactive for the last game to keep him “Healty” in case we trade him during the off-season.

Douche move by Earl deserves an equally douchey move by the team.

I still love Earl! Im just going to wait until it all plays out. If he is a Seahawk till his contract ill root for him. If he gets traded, even to the Cowboys, i'll cheer for him to be a HOF! Same goes for the core players that got us a SB.
