I'd place a good wager that he doesn't end up here, and that this is just Pete and John driving up the price.

It seems like if a guy wants to come here, he does.

The usual Seattle is in the discussions but somehow I also am doubtful he signs with the Hawks. There is a reason why Carolina released him too.

Watching the newest All Or Nothing - Carolina Panthers is a great insight into the troubles he's had and continues to have with his surgically "repaired" foot. I loved the guy as a player a few years ago. But time has caught up to him and the fact is that his body is simply not as young as it once was and he's physically breaking down after years of pounding and abuse. Great guy, but it's a hard pass for me based on that foot alone.

Kind of surprised. I understand the pass on Wash, but Buff is an up and comer, and with the Patsies showing some weakness and uncertain about Brady, you'd think he'd be tempted to go there.

OK, I was not a big fan of the idea, but he's a Seahawk now, I guess, so Go Hawks!!! And go Olsen!!!

For those thinking this sounded like a lot (which I did), it makes him the 13th highest paid TE next year, right inbetween total game changers like Vance McDonald and Nick Boyle. :lol:

He's old and it's a one year rental but it's not a bad deal.
