Quandre practices in full, G Haynes now on injury report

The Seahawks expected safety Quandre Diggs to return this week, and it appears he will.

After a limited practice Wednesday, Diggs was a full participant Thursday.

He has missed the past two games with an ankle injury and missed six games with injuries this season.

Center Joey Hunt (fibula) returned to practice on a limited basis after sitting out Monday. The Seahawks added offensive guard Phil Haynes (head) to the injury report.

Hope he's near full speed by game time. The D is entirely different with him back there.

Ya, that Haynes who's shown up as a healthy scratch all year.

He showed up LP on the second day of practice. Since he hasn't played, I guess he got hurt on the first day.

I've been hoping to see Haynes, seemed like he could be a good fit in Hawks O-Line. Not sure how his chemistry would be with the patchwork O-Line, but if he's an option at G maybe it helps others stay in their normal OL slots. Of course, he probably is better at LG or RG, based on practice reps, so may only be a good option at one of the spots.
