“I will say things are going in the right direction,” Baldwin said, via the Seattle Times. “I don’t know how much time it’s going to take. They’ve...
That's a fair counter-point. I suppose that even though Carroll was heavily involved with bringing Schneider in, I assumed JS still to be involved in all contract negotiations. However, it's very likely that Carroll's negotiations may be strictly between Allen and Carroll.
Suppose the Carroll extension is what Schneider's been working on since the major FA period's ended (if not before). Now that that's in the bag, the pair can turn their attention to Earl, Sherman, et al. :D
OL depth should be a key focus of the mid-late rounds of the draft. I know we have Bowie and Bailey, but if one (or both) of them wind up starting, we're looking thin.
Completely agree, and deservedly so.
That being said, I don't care. So long as we keep beating the teams that are in front of us, we'll get to the promised land. :)
Love that -4 TD-INT differential stat. Haven't heard that before! Really neat way to show the strength of this defense. No way is that sustainable, but it's a great way to show how dominant this defense has been so far.
Odds that Sando pulled that stat up and not Blount?
EDIT: Thanks to the...
Stupidly nervous, and doubly so after hearing the weather report. Rain results in weird plays, especially on things like turnovers, when anything can happen. Have enough strange plays like that can scramble a game so much that even an inferior team can win.
If that's even REMOTELY close to true, boy am I glad I grabbed him in my fantasy league in the last round!
EDIT: Oh, and it's also super-awesome to think we'd get him back with more than half the season left to integrate him into the offense :D
