Since Carroll will still coach until the team is sold and there is no changing this idea, you replaced a helluva a lot of the team.

Draft the QB of the Future in Michael Penix Jr and have Penix sit behind Geno if he slides to Seattle. Rebuild the offensive line so when Penix finally starts, he has some resemblance of a quality offensive line. DK, JSN, Bobo, are the future.
