Sadly, Pete and John deserve exactly what is happening right now with their continuous ignoring of the OL as a high priority for the past 2 off-seasons and thinking Cable is some type of magic man to the point where he can take any 300 lb athletic DL or OL and make him into a successful OL. Cable isn't so great that he can do that, and it's possible he's a very poor evaluator of OL talent if he truly hand picked these bums. Carrol needs to stop being so ignorant when it comes to building an OL.

This was one of the worst offensive line performances I've seen. Wilson had a handful of plays where he had an actual pocket, but otherwise he was running for his life, trying not to get killed. We're lucky he didn't fumble it a whole lot more than he did with the amount of sacks and hits he took.
