Okung is Injured (Calf)

Pete said on his press conference that Okung suffered a calf strain. He's the only injury from the game so that's the upside. Pete didn't sound too optimistic that Okung will be okay saying that these type of injuries can take a bit to come back from.

*sigh* So close Okung to making it a full year. Here's to a quick recovery!!

Pete knows his history so of course he thinks it'll be a while before he gets back.

Glad his contract is up after his season. The way he heals, it might be his last game as a Seahawk

It amazes me how Okung gets called out all the time. it's football,, people get injured. His biggest injuries were high ankle sprains which are nasty and a pectoral injury that he got when he was the victim of a cheap shot. He has played all season and if he can go I'm sure he will. Everyone missed Unger so bad this year and blamed our slow start on the loss of him but he was more injury prone than Okung. He hardly played last year but mostly got a pass while everyone attacked Okung.

You guys as always are the best.

Talk bad when your players struggle...Give up on the team, if they dont win...Now, dont support when they are injured. Okung for the most part has played solid for us in every game he's played. Cant help injuries. Im wishing him a speedy recovery, we are going to need him if we want to go back to the Superbowl.

Wow, didn't see the injury, this sucks, he's been playing well.

A strain?2 weeks rest should be plenty of time for the playoffs.He better play or he isn't getting the High$$ he thinks he is worth.

Hopefully they just rest him for the final two games. Same with Chancellor and anyone else who needs some recovery time.

Fatso? Not sure this guy has ever seen a picture of Okung. Must be a newer fan and has him confused with another player.

Nah.. Just a very ungrateful fan.

Okung has been really good this year and stabilized the young like. Hope he's back by the playoffs.
